QUANTITATIVE MICROSCOPY
We develop in-house computer vision pipelines for analysis of live, and fixed cell, tissue and whole-organ imaging data.
Our microscopy facility houses:
2 Nikon Ti Eclipse inverted microscopes, equipped with LED light sources, and environment chamber for live cell imaging.
Nikon A1 Confocal microscope (laser scanning), equipped with 5 lasers, and chamber for live cell imaging.
Incucyte S3 In-incubator live cell analysis system, equipped with 4X-20X objectives, red/green fluorescence imaging, and 6-vessel capacity.
Operetta CLS equipped with 8LEDs, capable of spinning disk confocal imaging at 5X-40X, live cell imaging, and on-board image analysis software.
